Guarantee and Standby is established by Amr Kamal who has over 36 years of experience in guarantees transactions, including guarantees and standby letters of credit. His role as a member of The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) commission on banking technique and practice in Guarantees committee, Documentary instruments Dispute resolution Expertise (DOCDEX) and the working group for international standard demand guarantees practice (ISDGP) made him a focal point for the receipt of all up-to-date information and changes in industry practice.

In addition, He is an instructor in the Egyptian banking institute , instructor in the federation of the Egyptian banks, Member of its training committee , commercial arbitrator in the Egyptian ministry of justice , as an expert in Economic court and in Cairo regional center for international commercial arbitration “CRCICA”. He has been working also as a Head manager of International Guarantees Centers in Misr international bank (MIBANK) , National societe General bank (NSGB) and Qatar national bank (QNB) for more than fifteen years.
